Implementation Evaluation of Information Technology in the New Normal Era Using Cobit 2019 Method

This research is a continuation of the previous on Information Technology Governance Analysis STMIK Palcomtech in New Normal Era Using Cobit 2019 where measurements carried out are stages 11 factors design Tool Kit 2019. The results study included 13 important processes domain that must be considered including EDM03, APO08, DSS05 EDM02, APO04, APO09, APO12, APO13, BAI01, BAI02, BAI03, BAI06, MEA03. aims to evaluate application information technology used by focusing applied based needs company and strategy impact COVID 19, which uses Goal cascade framework Use qualitative method spreading questionnaires accordance with has been determined students then continued measurement maturity level so current conditions obtained gap analysis. this showed average at 3 result lowest value priority prioritize new development next achieve expected Level.
